By purchasing or using any service from prohosting.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Technical Support
Backup Solutions
Security Services
All services are subject to availability and system limitations.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Account Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping passwords secure, all activity under their account, keeping software updated, and backing up website data unless managed backups are included.
- Payments & Billing
All invoices are due on or before the listed due date.
Failure to pay may result in late fees, suspension, termination, or data deletion after overdue period.
prohosting.xyz may change pricing with notice for future billing cycles.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension pending review.
- Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are non-refundable after activation due to digital resource allocation, licensing, labor, and provisioning costs.
- Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You may NOT use services for spam, phishing, malware, hacking, fraud, illegal content, harassment, excessive abuse, proxy abuse, or attacks.
Any illegal use may be reported to proper authorities.
- Resource Usage
Unlimited plans are subject to fair use.
Accounts exceeding fair use may be limited, upgraded, suspended, or asked to migrate.
- Backups
Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own backups.
prohosting.xyz is not liable for data loss.
- Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse complaints, security risks, violations, false information, legal requests, or repeated excessive usage.
- Domain Names
Renewal remains customer responsibility. Ownership disputes require documentation.
- Support Policy
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

- Uptime & Service Availability
prohosting.xyz aims for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Security
Outdated or compromised websites may be suspended to protect network integrity.
- Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless prohosting.xyz from claims arising from your content, conduct, or misuse of services.
- Policy Changes
